Floyd Custom Framing provides custom picture framing solutions for professional artists, businesses and for anyone looking for the exact
mat and frame combination to create a once-in-a-lifetime aesthetic
experience.
We can design to a budget or to create maximum impact. Either way, our workmanship is done to the same high standards using acid-free materials.
Our client hours are by appointment only so that you can take all of the time you need without being interrupted. All of our framing is done at our state-of-the-art workshop
near the Blue Ridge Parkway.
We provide free pickup and delivery in the Floyd County area for clients who are unable to break away and visit our workshop.
We use Visualization Software to show you how your framed art will look
with different mouldings and mats. No more guesswork. You can send us artwork and we provide you with finished designs to choose from.
Our Wizard 8000 computerized mat cutter allows us to
create unique mat designs. Multiple openings with V-grooves and decorative cutouts are available at nominal cost. We can cut mats to your exact specification for rush jobs.
For maximum protection of your artwork, we use acid-free, archival materials on all framing jobs unless you specify otherwise. We follow conservation framing procedures that ensure stability and reversibility of any mounting process.
You are provided with a printout of the complete Work Order once you are completely satisfied with the proposed frame design and color selections.
We require a 50% deposit before work begins and we accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card, as well as personal checks.
We offer a one year warranty on workmanship and all materials that we provide.
Artists and other clients with special needs can order frames, custom matting and glazing to
support their own framing activities.
